The story of Job speaks to all of us in one way or another. Why? Because we all have had some point in our life when we feel like we are being dumped on by everyone and everything.
Nothing seems to go right. And, when you think it couldn’t get any worse…somehow it does. We say we’re going through the “trials of Job.” The situation is so bad that it feels like your story compares to Job’s story.
Job went through a helluva lot. And somehow, he came through it without losing his faith. Somehow, he continued in faithfulness.
Can you imagine going through all that Job went through and not cursing God? But that is how we must go through difficulties if we are to remain righteous.
